It’s no surprise, given the Indonesian band’s popularity in the Junksounds Awards 2009, that the honour of top release of the year would go to The SIGIT. This awesome four-piece garage rock combo have created such a jaw-droppingly good record that few would argue they don't deserve this accolade.

The sound on Hertz Dyslexia may not be spotless and pristine, but it’s in their raw energy that we find a fantastic rock record the band have casually dropped on our laps. Let’s do them the honour and pop the record in for another spin–and make sure it’s on full blast.
